Saraya-Jade Bevis who goes by the ring name Paige is an English professional wrestler born August 17, 1992, in Norwich, Norfolk. Daughter to former professional wrestlers Julia Hammer-Bevis and Ian Bevis, Saraya Bevis developed a strong interest in wrestling while she was still a teenager.
While she was 13 years, Saraya-Jade Bevis debuted in the World Association of Wrestling using the ring name Britani Knight. During that time, the English-born held different championship titles across Europe.
Between 2005 and 2011, the gorgeous and talented athlete established herself as a professional wrestler in the European independent circuit. In April 2006 Britani Knight teamed up with her mother to wrestle in a triple threat tag team match during the World Association of Wrestling.
In August 2009, Bevis captured the vacant Herts and Essex Women’s Championship in a two out of three falls match. Other achievements she won that year include the Real Deal Wrestling Women’s Championship and WAWW British Championship. On 22 January 2011 Bevis won the Stampede Wrestling Ladies’ Championship and Pro Wrestling: EVE Championship on April 2011.
Saraya Bevis later joined WWE’s developmental franchise dubbed Florida Championship Wrestling. She made her debut on 5 January 2012 using the stage name Saraya. She changed her name to Paige on March 2012 before FCW rebranded to NXT. In June 2013 Paige became the NXT Women’s Champions after defeating Emma. In 2014, Paige joined WWE main roster and became the youngest wrestler to be crowned champion after winning the WWE Divas Championship.
After a series of injuries, Paige announced her retirement from professional wrestling on April 2018 before venturing into business. Before that, she had launched a cloth line store under the name Saraya which sells women’s fashion such as hats, hoodies, and shirts.
